Membership
What does $35/month actually get me?
Sealed product at MSRP, first dibs on every drop, exclusive bundles members can't buy on the public store, $100 anniversary credit at 12 months, and a private Discord channel with the staff.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — but heads up: cancel and your slot is gone forever. We don't re-issue cancelled memberships.
How do I get a membership?
Memberships drop monthly at random. Join the Discord to be the first to know when slots open up.
Shipping & pickup
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm CT ship same day, Monday–Friday. We use USPS Ground Advantage by default.
Can I pick up at the shop?
Yes — choose pickup at checkout. Free, usually ready within an hour.
Events
How do I sign up for an event?
Paid events have a 'Save my seat' button on the events page. League nights are walk-in.
What if an event sells out?
The seat counter on the events page shows remaining seats in real time. Once it hits zero the button locks.
